Nanny2go, and/or its subsidiaries (doing business under the brand name: “Nanny2go”) (“Nanny2go”, “we”, “us”, “our”), respects your privacy.
Nanny2go is the data controller of the data collected and processed pursuant to this Policy. The legal basis for collecting and processing the data pursuant to this Policy is your consent.
You hereby agree to the use of: (a) electronic means to consent and to complete this Policy and to provide you with any notices given pursuant to this Policy; and (b) electronic records to store information related to this Policy and your use of the Service.
“Minor” means a child of the Parent who the Nanny will guard pursuant to the Service terms.
“Nanny” means the person who will actually guard the Minor and provide the Service.
“Parent” means adult person who is the legal parent of the Minor.
“User” means a visitor of our Website, who did not submit a Registration Form.
“Registered User” means a visitor of our Website, who submitted a Registration Form and his/her Contact Details are stored at Nanny2go and not deleted pursuant to the Policy.
“Service” means as defined in the Terms.
“Website” means www.nanny2go.org.
2. Personal information that you voluntarily provide
2.1. In order to use the Service, you will be required to complete a registration form, which includes the following information (“Registration Form”):
(a) First name, family name, email address, mobile phone number (“Contact Details”).
(b) Home address and the address where the Service will be performed;
(c) Copy of your passport and the passport of the Minor(s) (for non-Israeli citizens) or copy of your ID with the names of the Minor(s) in its appendix (for Israeli citizens).
(d) Information about the Minor(s): first name, family name, date of birth, declaration in regard of the Minor(s) health (i.e.: if he/she is not sick and does not require any special or treatment due to allergy or special needs or other requirements for care with any special expertise).
2.2. Completion of the Registration Form and/or becoming a Registered User is mandatory and a condition for using the Service. However, you may choose not to share the requested information with us and not use the Service thereof. Using the Service is at your free choice. If you do not complete the Registration Form you will be still able to visit our Website and review our Service, but you will not be able to use it.
2.3. You hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to share the Minor(s) information with us for the purposes listed above, and you agree that we will use the information as stated above.
3. Information collected by Us from all Users of our Website
The following section will apply to our data collection practices which apply to all users, including End Users which do not voluntarily share their personal information with us.
3.1. We collect from all Users the following information: internet protocol address, the type of browser (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer), type of operating system, (e.g., Microsoft Windows or Mac OS), domain name of internet service provider (e.g., Comcast, Verizon or AT&T), web pages visited, websites visited before and after visiting our Website, type of handheld or mobile device used to view the Website (e.g., iPhone, Blackberry) and content accessed in our Website.

4.2. Nanny2go uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. Nanny2go uses session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate the Website. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You may remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. We set a persistent cookie for such uses as to store your Contact Details for future use of our Website. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the users’ experience on the Website. If you reject cookies, you may still use the Website, but your ability to use some areas of the Website may be limited.
4.3. By visiting the Website, whether as a Registered User or otherwise, you acknowledge, understand and hereby agree that you are giving us your consent to gather information about your use of the Website, through these Information Gathering Technologies.
4.4. Server logs capture certain non–PII, such as the time and date of a web and/or mobile visit, the browser and operating system being used, the IP address or domain name of the user’s ISP, and the web URL a user linked from. This information is generally but not exclusively used to help plan system enhancements when necessary and to provide content that is compatible with our visitors’ web browsing systems.

5.1. Information about children (who are under 13 years, or other minimum age which applies in your country; 16 in most EU countries) is not knowingly or intentionally collected other than through the information you freely and intentionally provide us through the Registration Form. We process this information based on your declaration that you are authorized to provide it to us.
5.2. If you are under 13 years, or other minimum age which applies in your country (16 in most EU countries), you are not permitted to (i) use or Service; (ii) submit the Registration Form; (iii) share your Contact Details with us.
6. Use of collected information
The information we collect, and which is shared with us will be used for the following purposes:
6.1. We will use your information submitted by you to us through the Registration Form for the following purposes (a) processing your application to use the Service and valuating your compliance with our Terms for the Service; (b) contacting you for the purpose of providing you the Service; (c) sharing your information with the Nanny for the purpose of contacting you and performance of the Service; and (d) performance of the Services.
6.2. To improve and customize the experience of using our Website and the offerings made through the Service.
6.3. To develop new services update or upgrade existing Services.
6.4. To manage the administrative and operational aspects of the Service.
6.5. To enforce this Policy and the Terms and prevent unlawful activities and misuse of the Service.
6.6. To comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies when we have a good faith belief that our cooperation with them meets the applicable legal standards.
6.7. To take any action in any case of dispute involving you with respect to the Service.
6.8. Sharing of the information pursuant to the following:
(a) With the Nanny who will perform the Service, who will be committed to the terms of this Policy.
(b) If you have breached the terms or this Policy, abused your rights to use the Service, or violated any applicable law, or in any other case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind involving you with respect to the Service, your information may be shared with competent authorities and with any third party, as may be required.
(c) We may share information that we collect or obtain through the Service with the relevant authorities, entities or persons if we reasonably believe that we are required by law to share or disclose your information.
(d) Personal identifiable information may be shared with, or transferred to, our affiliates (individuals or entities controlled by, under common control with, or controlling us, directly or indirectly), but their use of such information must comply with this Policy.
(e) Upon bankruptcy, dissolution or other liquidation or insolvency events or in the event of merger, sale or transfer of all or a portion of our assets or shares or other reorganization or reconstruction in our ongoing business, the information that we receive, collect or obtain, as outlined in the preceding sections, may be shared with or transferred to, that respective entity, provided that it will undertake to be bound by the provisions of this Policy, with reasonably necessary changes taken into consideration. Upon such transfer or sharing of information, that entity will assume full and exclusive responsibility for all subsequent use and processing it makes of the information and we will be released from any liability to you, regarding the succeeding entity’s use and processing of the information by it.
(f) In any case other than the above mentioned in this Policy, your personally identifiable information will be shared with others only if you provide your consent.
7. Aggregated or anonymized information
We may collect anonymized as well as aggregated information, which does not identify you personally. 8.1. You may provide information through certain areas, features, frames or sections of the Website or Service, that are operated by or for third parties. Those third parties may include, e-commerce platforms, scheduling partners, payment services providers and payment processors (“Third Parties” and “Third Parties Services”).
8.3. Third Parties Services will share with us information they collect from you or you voluntarily provide to them which is related to or within the scope of the Service.
9. Transfer of Data Outside Your Territory
The Service, by its nature as an online service, may store and process information in Europe, the United States and in other various locations throughout the globe. If you are a resident in a jurisdiction where transfer of your personal information to another jurisdiction requires your consent, then you hereby provide your express and unambiguous consent to such transfer.
10. Legal basis for processing of data
10.1. Process (including: collection, use and share) of information you provide us through the Registration Form is based on your consent, granted through submission of the Registration Form.
10.2. Consent is personal. You must not provide other person’s information or register on behalf of another person.
10.3. If you intentionally provide us information not through and in lieu of submitting a Registration Form, we will consider that action as your consent for sharing this information with us, storing and using it for the purpose of identifying you personally or providing the Service, including sharing this information with third parties (as stated above). In that case the legal basis for processing this information will be based on fulfilment of contract to provide you the Service.
10.4. Information we process about you in accordance with this Policy, which is not based on your consent, is processed on the basis of (i) fulfillment of contract to provide you the Service; and/or (ii) our legitimate interests of in order to perform the Service.
11. Your Rights with the Data
11.1. You have the right to exercise any of the following rights, as well as other rights granted to you in accordance with the laws apply to you (“User Right(s)”):
(b) Right to object: you may object to the processing of your personal data.
(c) Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): you have the right to request us to delete or remove the personal information collected through your use of the Service.
(d) Right of access / Right to data portability: you have a right to receive a copy of the data collected about you in the course of using the Service.
Following receipt of a copy of the data collected about you, you may ask us to rectify or erase the data collected about you in the course of using Nanny2go Solution licensed to the Business.
11.2. You can exercise End User Right(s) by sending us an email to: email@example.com. Your email message shall include your full name, mobile number, the email address used for registration to the Service. We may have to communicate with you in order to process your request, including verifying your identity. By sending us an email you hereby agree that we will communicate with you for that purpose.
11.3. If you choose to exercise of any End User Right(s) (a)-(c) we will delete your Contact Details from our database within 14 days, and you will become a non-registered User. Please note that your Contact Details will reside on our billing system.
Exercise of any End User Right(s) (a)-(c) will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before they were exercised. We may continue to process information which your consent is not required for, subject to any applicable law.
11.4. If you choose to exercise End User Right (d), we will send you a copy of the data collected about you in the course of using the Service to the email address you used for registration to the Service. You hereby agree that we will send you an email with that data and we may communicate with you in order to process your request, including to verify your identity, if required.
11.5. You may request that we will rectify or erase your data. We will notify you in writing if rectification or erasure of portion of the data is not feasible. In such case you shall have the option to erase the entire data, by exercising End User Right (c) above.
12. Data Retention
12.1. If we cannot provide the Service to you, we will delete your information submitted through the Registration Form after a period of six (6) months, other than your Contact Details, which we will store for a period of twelve (12) months for the purpose of documenting your application to us, unless you asked us to keep your Contact Details for future engagement, whereby we will delete it after a period of thirty six (36) months.
12.2. Information collected through the Registration Form will be stored by us for a period of thirty six (36) months from the later of: (i) submitting the Registration Form; (ii) using our Service; or (iii) last engagement with us.
12.3. If you ask us in writing to delete your information, we will delete it within three (3) weeks from receiving your request.
13. Information Security
Security measures are implemented to reduce the risks of damage, loss of information and unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute information security. Therefore, although efforts are made to secure your personal information, it is not guaranteed and you cannot reasonably expect that the Service and its related databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unauthorized interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.
14. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be changed from time to time. Substantial changes will take effect 30 days after an initial notification is posted through the Website. Other changes will take effect 7 days after their initial posting through the Website and in the following link: www.nanny2go.org. However, if the Policy is amended to comply with legal requirements, the amendments will become effective immediately upon their initial posting, or as required. You agree to be bound by any of the changes made to this Policy. Your continued use of the Service after the changed take effect will indicate your acceptance of the amended Policy. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you must void any further use of the Service.
